Exercise, sporting groups learning to adapt to life amid coronavirus shutdowns | ABC News

At 8:30pm on a Monday, Charisse Parnell would usually be getting ready to teach a dance class in her studio.

But this week was not an average Monday night. Just in time for Federal Government restrictions on public gatherings amid the coronavirus spread, every class at the studio had transitioned online.

Ms Parnell booted up her computer and taught to a sea of students looking back at her from small squares on her screen, dancing together but isolated in their own homes.
