At least 70 people are reported to have died when a Yeti Airlines plane with 72 people on board crashed in the central Nepal tourist town of Pokhara on January 15.
CGTN Global Stringer went to Pokhara to interview local residents and rescue workers. Recalling the plane crash, a witness said the pilot may have deliberately swerved to avoid a village before the crash, saving the lives of many villagers.
