    For the first time since COVID-19 shuttered international travel, the European Union (EU) is welcoming visitors who have been fully vaccinated for COVID-19.

    According to reports, ambassadors from 27 EU countries approved a European Commission proposal to loosen criteria to determine “safe” countries, allowing those who have been fully vaccinated to travel.
