After days of arduous talks, EU leaders have finally struck a deal on a $1.2 trillion coronavirus relief package. It’s the biggest joint borrowing ever agreed to by the European Union, which will see grants and loans awarded to countries hit hardest by the pandemic. Manny Tsigas reports.
