Brene Brown is one of the most successful authors and speakers in the world, with five books that have been number one New York Times bestsellers and TED talks watched by millions of people. She’s a social scientist who researches human relationships, behaviour and emotions, and has spent much of her career looking at shame – why we feel it, how to avoid it and why some people shame others.
Her latest book is called Atlas of the Heart, and in it she decodes all the different feelings humans have in a bid to help us better understand and act on them.
