British tennis sensation Emma Raducanu speaks about achieving an “absolute dream” by winning her first Grand Slam at the US Open on Saturday.

In a post-match press conference she also details her worries mid-match about how her cut knee might “disrupt my rhythm”, and praised her opponent, Canadian star Leylah Fernandez, for an “outstanding” performance.

Raducanu won 10 matches at the tournament after coming through qualifying – all of them in straight sets – and made history by becoming the first qualifier ever to win a Grand Slam.
