Egyptian president rules out military action to settle dispute

#Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi has ruled out resorting to #military action to settle the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam dispute. According to him, negotiations are the only way to resolve the standoff over #Ethiopia’s mega dam project.
