The Duchess of Cambridge has described an image of Stockport’s Spider-man bringing smiles to children in lockdown as “a wonderful, positive image of community spirit”.
The image forms part of Kate’s Hold Still project, which encouraged the public to document life during the pandemic.
It reached the final 100 entries of the photography project, which was in partnership with The National Portrait Gallery.
