Driver captures small plane making emergency landing on Michigan highway

Daily Mail published this video item, entitled “Driver captures small plane making emergency landing on Michigan highway” – below is their description.

This is the terrifying moment a small plane dodged traffic to land on a busy highway in Michigan after running into technical difficulties. Footage shows the small white aircraft landing on the busy northbound US-10 highway in Evart, west Michigan. Two men onboard the flight were forced to touch down on the highway after they experienced technical difficulties, the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office said, without elaborating. Footage captured by Kamrin Grein then shows the aircraft taxi off into the distance on the busy road as several cars grind to a halt. Meceola Central Dispatch warned nearby drivers to avoid the area as several units escorted the plane off the highway to a gravel pit run by the country’s road commission on Wednesday, the statement added.
