DRC opposition demands new and fair election

Tens of thousands of people attended an opposition rally in the capital of the Democratic Republic of Congo, demanding a new election.

President Joseph Kabila’s second term ends in December, but opposition leaders say he is trying to extend his rule beyond the constitutional two-term limit.
