Dramatic moment man bravely fights back would-be mugger

CCTV footage shows the moment a 77-year-old man fought off a would-be mugger. He bravely fights off suspect who was demanding his bank cards and cash. According to the South Wales Police, the incident happened on Colchester Avenue on February 5th at 6am.

South Wales Police paid tribute to the man for his “bravery”.

The police, “have been checking in on him and he’s doing ok thank you,” said a tweet on the South Wales Police Cardiff Twitter page.

“He was shocked & very shaky after the incident, but thankful nothing worse had happened.”

South Wales Police are appealing for any information with regards to the incident.
