Donald Trump replaces chief of staff in major White House shake-up

US President Donald Trump announced on Twitter that Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly is his new White House chief of staff.
Kelly replaces Reince Priebus, who resigned a day after being accused of leaking information to the media.
