Donald Trump comes close to admitting defeat but stops short of formal concession

Guardian News published this video item, entitled “Donald Trump comes close to admitting defeat but stops short of formal concession” – below is their description.

Donald Trump appeared to come close to acknowledging Joe Biden’s victory in a Rose Garden press conference. Discussing the possibility of a national lockdown, the president said: ‘Whatever happens in the future – who knows which administration it will be, I guess time will tell … this administration will not go into a lockdown.’ Donald Trump has refused to concede to president-elect Joe Biden, instead making false claims of mass voter fraud.
