    Boris Johnson calls Health Secretary Matt Hancock ‘useless’, in WhatsApp messages shared by his former aide Dominic Cummings.

    Mr Cummings released the private messages in a 7,000 word blogpost, that he claims shows how Number 10 and Matt Hancock ‘have repeatedly lied about the failures last year’.
