A distraught dog owner in Melbourne is trying to find two pitbulls who mauled his dog to death. Patrick Crisostomo was walking his cavoodle, Kevy, at the Moonee Ponds Creek Trail, when he says the off-leash dogs attacked them. Patrick was bitten on the legs, shoulders and arms.. and required stitches. His dog Kevy was injured so badly he didn’t survive.

The pitbulls were with their owner, but he fled the scene after the incident. Patrick joined SUnrise for a LVIE interview about the tragedy.
