Does data show Europe set for a new coronavirus wave?

The UK is concerned over the pandemic returning and so in preparation for a second wave will restrict travel to not import it back but does the data show that is necessary for Spain?

Using the latest data, the countries most showing an increase in Europe is Luxembourg both that is exempted for UK residents to quarantine.
