Scientists at the University found that “caffeine use disorder” could affect those who consume as little as 2-3 cups of coffee, and that this can affect sleep.
In their survey, they found that 1 in 5 coffee drinkers regularly exceeded the 400mg daily limit recommended.

Under 400mg per day – an instant coffee may contain 100-120mg of coffee. It depends.
85% of people surveyed reported a caffeine related issue within the past year.
