Activists from several organizations such as the Palestinian Youth Movement and Jewish Voice for Peace gathered in New York City demanding freedom for all Palestinian prisoners and, in particular, for Ahmad Sa’adat, also known as Abu Ghassan, the General Secretary of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine who was sentenced in 2008 in Israel to 30 years in prison.
