The four men involved in the Delhi gang-rape died this Friday morning after their death sentence was executed. An Indian court had sentenced them for the gang rape and murder of a student in the capital Delhi in December 2012, a case that led to violent protests across India and new laws against rape.
The woman, 23, was assaulted by the four men on a moving bus and died of her injuries two weeks later.
