As Tasmania prepares to open borders with South Australia, the Northern Territory and Western Australia there are questions over a phone app to be used by travellers.
The Good to Go pass which manages applications for entry to the state was built by a private company for West Australian police.
Some have raised concerns about whether details uploaded are safe from hackers and experts say there is no guarantee.
