South China Morning Post published this video item, entitled “Cows take to the sky in the Swiss Alps” – below is their description.
Thousands of cows head to higher altitudes for the summer in the Swiss mountain pass of Klausenpass. But after seven weeks of high-altitude grazing, it’s time for the cows to head home. But not all are capable of making the trek down on their own. Swiss dairy farmers often have to give some of the cows a helping hand, including by airlifting some off the mountain peaks aboard a helicopter.
