Ecuador blocks runway to stop Spanish plane landing
Amazing scenes from Ecuador, as a Spanish plane is literally physically blocked from landing, according to Russia Today:
The mayor of Guayaquil, Ecuador’s second largest city, Guayaquil, mobilized a dozen official vans to the airport to prevent the landing of a flight from Spain. Footage captured from a helicopter shows the runway invaded by vehicles of the local Police and Transit Authority.
