    Premier Daniel Andrews with a COVID-19 update for Victoria.

    The Premier confirmed today that residents from all of the NSW areas barred from travelling into the state will now be allowed to – except for one.

    The border changes will come into effect at 6pm Friday.

    This means Blacktown City, Burwood, Canada Bay City, Canterbury-Bankstown, Fairfield City, Inner West, Liverpool City, Parramatta City and Strathfield Municipality will join the rest of Sydney will become orange.

    But Cumberland LGA will remain a red zone.
