Long lines formed and had to wait for hours at Heathrow Airport after several border patrol employees were forced to self-isolate as a result of being pinged.

Heathrow Airport has urged the government to reopen the UK economy to fully vaccinated travellers from the EU and United States by the end of the month.

Heathrow Airport CEO John Holland-Kaye talks about the complications and expense for travellers coming from low risk countries.
