Prof Anthony Harnden, deputy chair of the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation, says there’s no ‘substantial evidence’ a second dose gives better protection against COVID-19.

Speaking on the Sophy Ridge on Sunday show, he described the Government’s response as ‘chaotic’.
