Tokyo’s Toyosu fish market held its first tuna auction of 2021 on January 5. Previously held in the Japanese capital’s Tsukiji district, the world’s biggest fish market is now located in Toyosu after moving there in October 2018. During the first auction of the year, a single tuna sold for 20.8 million yen (US$202,000).
