Deadly floods throughout India have not deterred an engaged couple in the southern state of Kerala, who made it to their wedding in time thanks to a giant cooking pot. Torrential rains continue to lash the nation, including in the flood-prone north where the Himalayan state of Uttarakhand was struck by landslides, leaving at least 46 dead as of October 20, 2021.
