Is this the beginning of the end for Dilma Rousseff? The lower house of Congress overwhelmingly voted to impeach the Brazilian president yesterday. The final decision will go to the Senate, but it’s hard to see this ending positively for her. The country hasn’t been this divided in decades: pro and anti government protesters held impressive rallies in Brasilia. Our question today: is a coup d’état underway in brazil?
