Boris Johnson’s address to the nation on Sunday about the new coronavirus lockdown measures sparked confusion in England. On Monday, speaking in the house of commons, Johnson delivered a 60-page document clarifying the new rules put in place to ease the UK out of lockdown and to limit the damage caused by covid-19.
