Current federal funding is due to expire on Monday if Trump doesn’t sign the bill into law.

Plus, Trump has added to a growing list of presidential pardons and commutations, issuing almost 30 more on Wednesday. Included are his former campaign manager, Paul Manafort, and Roger Stone, another close ally convicted for past crimes.
