    Two thousand participants are testing three of the most promising vaccines in cities throughout South Africa. The country has hundreds of thousands of cases and lockdowns are proving ineffective, given the crowded conditions in which most of the population live. Sky’s Africa correspondent John Sparks reports from Johannesburg.
