Coronavirus outbreak: China cases down as infections surge elsewhere

While the COVID19 coronavirus outbreak seems to be slowing in China, it has quickly expanded now to 73 countries around the world. There are some 19,000 cases and 3,000 deaths across every continent but Antarctica.
