  • Global News published this video item, entitled “Coronavirus: Confusion mounts over Ontario’s stay-at home order” – below is their description.

Ontario Premier Doug Ford says his government’s stay-at-home order that comes into effect at 12:01 a.m. on Thursday is clear, but many Ontarians would disagree.

The announcement left many people looking for clarification as to what they were and were not still permitted to do, and how the rules will be enforced.

Global News’ Abigail Bimman clears up some of that confusion.

Plus, Ontario hit a grim milestone on Wednesday – more than 3,000 residents in long-term care homes across the province have now died.

Forty per cent of long-term care homes in Ontario have active outbreaks.

As Mike Le Couteur explains, it appears Ontario has failed to learn some lessons from the first wave.
