British Columbia’s provincial medical officer Dr. Bonnie Henry provided an update on COVID-19 on Monday. The province reported a total of 499 new cases of COVID-19 over the weekend, with 172 reported Saturday, 153 on Sunday and 174 on Monday. There are 1,639 active cases. There were also two new deaths reported.
