Confronting ISIL: US-led coalition meets to plan battle

The US-led coalition fighting ISIL in Iraq and Syria has spent two days working on plans to drive the group out of its strongholds in Raqqa and Mosul.
The US Secretary of State, John Kerry, says taking the Iraqi city of Mosul will be a critical turning point.
