Communities along NSW-Victoria border still dealing with bushfire devastation | 7.30

Along the border of NSW and Victoria, where three fires have now joined together, communities are still dealing with the devastation.

The so-called ‘megablaze’ has now consumed about 800,000 hectares of land, and dozens of homes.

Residents of the small towns battling the blaze are also struggling with issues unique to this cross-border fire, telling 7.30 their healthcare and levels of government assistance are being compromised.
