Colombia vows action after deadly mall blast

Colombia’s President Juan Manuel Santos has vowed action against those behind a bomb attack on a shopping mall in the capital, Bogota.

Three women were killed and at least nine others were injured when the blast tore through a toilet block in Bogota.
