As part of a peace deal signed with the Colombian government, FARC’s top commanders are touring the country to meet victims of the violence, asking for forgiveness for war crimes committed by their fighters during the 50-plus year war.
It’s seen as a first step aimed at healing the wounds left by the conflict.
