Colombia ceasefire: Citizens to vote on peace agreement

After reaching a historic peace agreement with FARC rebels, Colombia’s President Juan Manuel Santos has announced a definitive ceasefire.

The announcement will formally end the a long standing conflict in the region with a resolution depending on a vote.
