Climate Activist Greta Thunberg Skeptical About COP26 Results

Bloomberg Quicktake: Now published this video item, entitled “Climate Activist Greta Thunberg Skeptical About COP26 Results” – below is their description.

(AP) Swedish climate activist Greta Thunberg held her weekly climate protest outside Sweden’s parliament Friday morning.

She said she feared that “as long as our main goal is to find loopholes and find excuses not to take a real action, then we will most likely not see any big results at these meetings,” referring to the U.N. climate summit in Glasgow.

Her protest comes as new draft documents are circulating at the COP26 climate that dilute the previous wording about the ambition to ban fossil fuels.

Greta was in Glasgow for the first week of COP26, participating in large protest through the city where she called the talks a “failure.”
