Sydney is on high alert after a worker in hotel quarantine tested positive to COVID-19, breaking a 26-day streak without a locally transmitted case. Health minister Greg Hunt has confirmed Australia will have to wait until next year for the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine to be rolled out, even as Britain fast-tracked it for approval with the first doses to be given there within days.
