Cigarette companies join race for COVID-19 vaccine | The World

As efforts to develop a coronavirus vaccine continue, an unlikely sector has joined the fray.

Cigarette companies say they’re testing their own immunizations, including one by British American Tobacco that could soon go to human trials.
