Former astronaut Chris Hadfield tells us what he has learned about social distancing and self-isolation from his time onboard the International Space Station.
Like every other astronaut onboard the ISS, Hadfield had to eat, sleep and work in the confined space of a spaceship with no easy way out for six months. He says the self-isolation we are all going through because of the outbreak of coronavirus is very similar.
