An officer with the Guinness World Records visited Ren in Leshan on October 18, which also happened to be Ren’s 14th birthday, to carry out the meticulous measurement process. Once confirmed, the measurements will make Ren the new record-holder after being verified at the London headquarters of the Guinness World Records. The official results are expected to be announced in November.
