    Experts from the World Health Organization (WHO) conducted a field visit to China on January 14, said China’s National Health Commission. The 148th annual WHO Executive Board session takes place from January 18 to 26. Garrett Grigsby, director of Office of Global Affairs at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, asked the WHO at its Executive Board session to conduct a “transparent” investigation in China. Sun Yang, director general of China’s Health Emergency Response Office, responded: “The virus origin studies are of a scientific nature. Please respect science.”
