China is being blamed for causing havoc with water levels in the upper reaches of the Mekong River system.
Communities in northern Thailand say the Jinghong Dam is changing the natural cycle of the Mekong.
And there’s growing alarm about the impact that’s having on the River’s ecosystem and the millions of people who rely on it.
