China’s ride-hailing giant to acquire Uber

China’s dominant ride-hailing service Didi Chuxing has reportedly reached an agreement to acquire Uber’s business in the country.

The 35-billion dollar deal is expected to be announced later on Monday.

It marks an end to a long-running battle between the two apps.
