Russian President Vladimir Putin says Russia shares an unprecedentedly high level of relations with China. Putin made these remarks at the “Russia Calling” investment forum on November 30 while Wang Wenbin, Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesperson said that China and Russia are more than allies.
