    It is common practice in international relations to engage in various forms of exchange of visits, said Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesman Wang Wenbin on Wednesday. The remarks came after domestic netizens accused some Chinese individuals with public influence of promoting Japanese propaganda after their visits to Japan sponsored by the Japan Foundation of the country’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs launched in 2008.
