Chicago to sue DOJ over threat to strip sanctuary city funding

The Trump administration is facing another hurdle over the issue of immigration.

The city of Chicago on Monday is expected to file paperwork suing the Department of Justice.

The move comes as officials threatened to strip Chicago of sanctuary city funding.
